“It was an incredible opportunity, getting to create a dream toy. Benjamin Pollock's is a beloved London toy shop in Covent Garden whose paper theaters have been beloved since the Victorian era. This project blended so many passions of mine, and I loved putting. a new spin on a classic concept.

Unlike most paper theaters, where story is set before you begin, Tableaux hands the reigns to you. Here, you're the playwright, director, stage manager, and even casting director. After assembling three miniature dioramas, each an act of a new play, you decide what that play is: a melodrama, a comedy, a mystery, or a new genre altogether. There are actor stickers to cast as you please and a customizable playbill where you can write the synopsis, fill in the cast list and even pen your author bio."
